Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to McDonald's standards.

You will supervise crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work toward department goals while delivering great guest experiences. Must be 18+ with leadership experience preferred in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead shifts and ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and manage team performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet standards.
• Lead crew and other managers during shifts to ensure great guest experiences.
• Ensure food safety, safety and security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift.
• Meet targets for shifts and help departments achieve their goals.
