Job summary

Taco Bell in Carrollton is seeking a Shift Lead to help keep the store running smoothly by guiding team members, assisting customers, and overseeing shift operations.

You will lead by example, provide friendly, efficient service, ensure food quality, accuracy and speed, maintain a clean, stocked environment, and support training and coaching of teammates. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends and holidays; lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support team during shifts.
