Job summary

Sbarro at Napoleon, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver friendly service, and maintain food safety standards. You will supervise team members, oversee cash handling, train staff, and ensure the dining area meets quality and cleanliness expectations while keeping guests satisfied.

Interview anytime between 1pm and 4pm at 900 American Rd. Weekly pay, growth opportunities, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or food service.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Customer Service: Friendly, prompt service.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility: Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organization: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
