Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced food service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and recipe adherence.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Follow and communicate written and verbal instructions, assist with training, and help the team achieve goals.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
