You will assist the Manager on Duty, greet customers, take orders, and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, inventory support, and cross-training with teammates to ensure seamless service across FOH and BOH areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes order professionally and promptly.
• Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Oversees pre-close functions while ensuring service and food quality standards are maintained.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
