Responsibilities

• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome; team is courteous and service-oriented.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing and preparation lists.
• Hands-on involvement in food preparation, customer service, and deliveries.
• Support store objectives in sales, service, quality, sanitation through training.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in as needed to maintain customer service standards and efficiency.
• Monitor product deliveries, correct unit counts, and proper packaging.
• Assist in labor scheduling to meet activity and cost objectives.
• Know HR policies and apply them as needed.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and industry publications.
