LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for Miss J's Cafe in Missoula, MT. You will supervise the team, ensure quality food preparation, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced travel center environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in food service with leadership experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in food service or retail with some leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to resolve customer issues calmly and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during shifts, providing direction and support.
• Ensure prompt, friendly customer service and address concerns.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-shift reporting.
