Job summary

Wings Over in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise crew, open or close shifts, and assist with cash drawers while upholding Wings Over standards and culture.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in food/hospitality and a Serv-Safe certification. You will coach team members, ensure cleanliness, and support store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of store-level supervisory experience in food/hospitality.
• Serv-Safe Certification required.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Able to handle confidential/sensitive information.
• Flexible schedule; nights, holidays, weekends; open or close shifts.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store Crew Members and model Wings Over standards and behaviors.
• Open or close the store and assist with cash drawers.
• Coach Crew Members on products, processes, and FOH/BOH workstations.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and ensure health and sanitation guidelines.
