Job summary

Wings Over is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise Crew Members, open/close shifts, and assist with cash drawers. You will model Wings Over standards and coach team members to maintain a fast, friendly dining experience.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and knowledge of FOH/BOH operations. A Serv-Safe certification and US work authorization are required, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of store-level supervisor experience in food/hospitality preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification required.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to coach others.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Able to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive information.
• Flexible schedule - available nights, holidays, and weekends with availability to open or close shifts.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and can stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors.
• Supervises with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and trains others on core products, processes, and FOH/BOH workstations; positively coaches Crew Members on such items.
• Identifies and communicates appropriate responsibilities and duties to store Crew Members to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Anticipates obstacles and takes action to prevent or minimize their impact.
• Keeps all workstations clean and organized and coaches team to do the same; follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Assist with checking cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
• Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code.
• Other related duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Table:
