Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Ohio is hiring a Shift Lead to help build and lead our team at the Tri-County location. You will work with management to ensure smooth daily operations, guide teammates, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

This is a growth-focused role with potential to advance into Assistant Manager or General Manager. You will train new hires, uphold food safety and brand standards, and handle opening/closing duties while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards are consistently met
• Support training and development of new hires
• Handle opening/closing procedures and shift operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies
