Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking rock stars to join our family in part-time roles across locations. Team members are the face of Firehouse Subs, assisting the General Manager to run daily store operations during shifts with integrity and customer focus.

You will greet customers, deliver great service, maintain store cleanliness, operate the cash register, and follow food safety guidelines while standing for long periods and working in cold storage as needed.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Able to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.
• Able to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer and store experience.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Execute quality store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform related duties such as handling small wares and merchandise.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions following policies.
• Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines
