This role requires 1 year in restaurant or retail, with 3 months of shift lead experience preferred, plus strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Operates cash register and makes change as needed.
• Promotes Taco Bell’s culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
