Job summary

Popeyes - Legacy Chicken is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant teams and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will coach and develop crew through each station, ensure QSC standards are met, and help manage speed of service and inventory.

You will actively participate in daily huddles, support guests with concerns, and model service behaviors. Prior leadership experience in a restaurant is preferred, and the role is on-site with flexible shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 required.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains and develops team members around processes and procedures at each station.
• Actively participates in team huddles offering great ideas.
• Celebrates success and thanks the team.
• Leads shift by delegating duties and following up with all team members.
• Fixes bottlenecks, monitors speed of service, and ensures smooth operations.
• Maintains welcoming and clean dining environment for guests.
• Engages with guests during table touches and supports guest concerns resolution.
• Ensures product quality and adherence to standards during the shift.
• Provides ideas to improve guest metrics and feedback to the General Manager.
• Utilizes shift tools to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness Standards (QSC).
• Reviews inventories and assists with waste tracking and inter-store transfers.
