Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Shift Lead to help run daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll support the management team, monitor service and labor, and promote sales initiatives.

You should have a high school diploma, be able to obtain state-required food safety and alcohol-service certifications, and bring leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service setting. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment preferred.
