Job summary

WKS Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to support the management team in Dallas-area Wendy's locations. You will oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, uphold food safety, and supervise crew to meet brand standards and daily goals.

This role requires reliable attendance, strong communication, cash handling and POS experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays at nearby Wendy's locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience.
• Prior leadership or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; basic cash handling and POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing crew to meet service standards.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and uniform standards; manage cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Meet service metrics and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Support inventory, product quality checks, and equipment maintenance.
