Job summary

Hampton Chocolate Factory is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations on the floor, guide the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while keeping the store clean, stocked, and efficient. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage shifts, train new teammates, collaborate with the General Manager, monitor safety standards, and help drive sales targets in a fast‑paced chocolate shop.

• 1–2 years of experience in high-volume food & beverage or restaurant environments.
