Del Taco is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations in Ash Fork, AZ. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service with high standards of food quality and safety.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to join our Del Taco team! In this role, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every guest. You’ll support the management team by leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Support restaurant management in day-to-day operations
