Job summary

Del Taco in Ash Fork, AZ is hosting walk-in interviews from 11am to 4pm on weekdays for Team Members. You will help provide outstanding customer service, prepare quality food, and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

No experience is required as training is provided; energetic, friendly, and dependable individuals are encouraged to apply and join a supportive team. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a positive attitude to the interview.

Qualifications

• No experience required — training provided
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Prepare food and beverages according to Del Taco standards
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with stocking supplies, restocking inventory, and general restaurant upkeep
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during busy periods
• Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
