Job summary

Del Taco is seeking Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will deliver outstanding guest service, help with food preparation, and support daily operations to ensure a great guest experience.

No experience is required—training is provided. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work nights and weekends are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is important.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages per Del Taco standards.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with stocking supplies and general restaurant upkeep.
• Work with team to ensure fast and efficient service during busy periods.
• Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned.
