Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring a part-time Shift Lead for our Griffin, GA store. You will help lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring a positive customer experience, handling cash transactions, assisting customers with purchases and fuel, and keeping the store clean and safe. You also back up management and help achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ (21+ in certain states) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Handle cash register operations and transactions.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and backup management.
• Support Store Manager and lead the team toward goals.
