Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at our Moraine, Ohio location.

As a key member of the store team, you will provide prompt customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the register, and help ensure a clean, safe shopping environment. Qualified candidates have at least 3 months of cashier experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
