Job summary

Murphy USA is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead to deliver prompt, courteous customer service and efficiently operate the store? team and registers. You’ll support the Store Manager, help keep shelves stocked, and drive the team to meet performance goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Daily pay, health benefits, and career advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related job experience or high school diploma/GED.
• Cash handling and operating a register experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with age variations by state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead the team to meet store performance goals.
• Assist with daily/monthly paperwork and training new employees.
