Job summary

Murphy USA is hiring part-time Shift Leads at our Clarksville store to deliver prompt, friendly service and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll assist the Store Manager, lead a small team, and ensure customers have a fast, accurate experience during every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in several states.
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer’s requests and concerns.
• Operating cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals.
