Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and customer service.
• Deliver excellent service to customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and product placement.
• Manage cash operations, including deposits and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Report operational updates to management and communicate with the team.
