Qualifications

• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees and coaching teams
• Ability to prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks coffeehouse welcoming
• Direct and coach team members to ensure quality beverages and food
• Manage cash handling, store safety, and policy compliance
