Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months experience interacting with customers.
• Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks among staff.
• Provide a welcoming customer experience and uphold store policies.
