Starbucks Coffee Company in Birmingham, AL is seeking a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to deliver the welcoming experience our customers expect. You will supervise teammates, model warm service, and ensure quality beverages and food, while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse.
• Direct and coordinate the work of team members to deliver quality beverages and customer service.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and security during shifts.
