Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety.
• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Direct and coach team members to meet beverage and food standards.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work of two or more employees on shift.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and safety procedures.
