• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple employees.
• Ability to coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes and customize as needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor, ensuring quality beverages and food.
• Direct the work of team members and delegate tasks to meet targets.
