Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that involved constant interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more staff members.
• Ability to direct the work of others and to build relationships.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth shifts and great service.
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customize per customer requests, adjusting ingredients as needed.
• Coach team members on beverage and food preparation, including recipe changes and safety procedures.
