Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide quality beverages and food while upholding store policies.
• Direct and coach staff to ensure a welcoming, clean and safe store environment.
• Handle cash and assist with daily store operations and safety procedures.
