Qualifications

• Six months of experience in roles requiring regular customer interaction.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Experience coaching/leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard or customized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, ensuring quality beverages and food products.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, and store safety.
• Foster a welcoming environment and brightened experiences for customers.
• Coordinate tasks for two or more team members and delegate as needed.
