Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders, and correctly input them into our POS system.
• Knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Knowledgeable of all stand processes and procedures.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, speed, and atmosphere.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Take payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain urgency and excellent service for customers.
• Foster positive customer connections with every interaction.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.
