Qualifications

• 6 months of customer interaction experience
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to provide quality beverages and food
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks across the shift
• Maintain store safety and security and uphold policies
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
