Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure a welcoming store environment for customers in Saint Paul. You will be responsible for maintaining quality beverages and food, managing tasks, and upholding store policies while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes teaching and guiding your team, maintaining attendance, and collaborating with partners to meet community needs and store standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure quality beverages and food products
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth service
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, and adhere to store policies
