We Are Looking For a Hair Stylist Who Has

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and excellent hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes!
• Supervise shop staff on assigned shifts: bartenders & stylists.
• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• Assign clients to stylists, delegate tasks, and manage break schedules.
• Monitor shop inventory: check back bar and retail supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Train new staff on using Booker and Drybar’s core values. Ensure blowouts are completed efficiently.
• A desire to provide exceptional service to clients and staff, with effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and policies on timekeeping and reporting.

Additional Information

We also accept applications from cosmetology students (must have a valid license to work as a hairstylist).
