Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state of application.
• Skills in shampooing, blow-drying, styling, and finishing. Ability to perform a blowout in under 45 minutes.
• Supervise staff during shifts, including bartenders and stylists.
• Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards.
• Assign clients, delegate tasks, and manage break schedules.
• Monitor inventory, place orders as needed.
• Train new staff on using Booker and Drybar’s core values.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and staff, with strong communication skills.
• Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations, including timekeeping.

Note for Cosmetology Students

We also accept applications from students attending cosmetology school (must have a valid license to work as a stylist).
