Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
• Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS system.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Know stand processes and procedures.
• Oversee shift operations and energy, focusing on drink quality, customer interaction, and speed.
• Communicate with stand management about staffing, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Ensure accurate payments and correct change.
