• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Attendance and punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
