As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure staff efficiency, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This role is essential in creating a positive work environment while driving team performance.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and train staff on its use.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
• Provide training and support to new employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in menu planning and culinary preparation as needed.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to promote professional development.
