Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and coach the caregiving team. You’ll supervise assignments, monitor resident care, and ensure documentation aligns with ISP while promoting safety and high-quality service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications. Prior senior-care experience is preferred; this role offers opportunities for growth and professional development.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Mentor new team members and promote safety and compliance.
