Job summary

7 Leaves Cafe seeks a Shift Lead to support the manager in running daily cafe operations at our Downey location. You will delegate tasks, maintain a safe, clean environment, and ensure smooth operations when the manager is not present.

The position typically requires 25–30 hours per week with shifts mainly mornings on weekdays. Responsibilities include ensuring continuous operation, calm handling of peak times, clear team communication, and execution of opening/closing duties with reliable

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with computer systems (Excel, attendance/order systems).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage bakery operations independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations to high standards with or without a manager present.
• Stay calm in stressful situations to ensure smooth operations.
