Job summary

Pizza Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help coordinate and drive legendary execution during each shift. You will lead front and/or back-of-house operations and ensure high standards while supporting managers.

The role requires passion for leading people, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop staff. Flexibility to work 30+ hours weekly is preferred in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator.
• Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred—with proven history of excellence.
• Flexibility of work hours and the ability to work 30+ hours per week.
