• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Lead a team with minimal supervision and promote teamwork and energy.
• Handle phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers as needed.
• Perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.
• Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to staff.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns.
