Drybar in Torrance, CA is seeking a skilled hair stylist and shift lead to supervise daily operations and deliver exceptional blowouts. You will manage client flow from check-in to checkout, uphold Drybar standards, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license for the state you work in.
• Ability to shampoo, blow-dry and perform expert hair styling & finishing; blowout in under 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out while maintaining Drybar standards.
• Supervise shop staff on shifts and delegate tasks to bartenders and stylists.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to meet supply levels.
• Train new staff on Drybar processes and values.
• Ensure timekeeping compliance and reporting of hours worked.
