Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail, restaurant, or guest-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during shift to ensure guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while serving guests.
• Coach and motivate team members with direction and feedback.
• Prioritize tasks to keep operations running efficiently and meet demand.
• Maintain standards for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate updates with store leadership to optimize bakery operations.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
