• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and minor vehicle services
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues
• Train and mentor new employees
• Escalate safety or policy concerns when needed
