Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must pass company background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the service center.
• Support daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Secure the location at start/end of shifts and handle deposits per procedures.
• Oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.
• Escalate safety or security concerns to District Manager if needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
