Jeremiah's Italian Ice is seeking a Lead Server to guide a shift, ensure five-star service, and support daily store operations. You will open/close the store, manage cash, train teammates, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with guests to create memorable experiences, share product knowledge, and collaborate with a team to maintain a clean, welcoming store and efficient service.

• Conduct daily pre-shift huddles to review Launch Pad.
• Serve Jeremiah's products with image and quality.
• Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
• Offer suggestions to guests about our menu and services.
• Prepare all Jeremiah's Italian Ice products; may lift 50lbs.
• Maintain a unit that is clean and fresh.
• Order product, stock and organize the store.
• Know promos, specials, catering, Rewards Program and more.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment; count drawers.
