Job summary

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is seeking a friendly Server to represent the brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. Servers focus on friendly, efficient service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Servers do not have formal leadership responsibilities but are expected to work collaboratively with team members and follow guidance from the Store Manager or Lead Server.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quick service, fast casual, retail, hospitality, or other customer service roles.
• Outgoing, friendly, guest-focused personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional representation of the brand.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve with a smile.
• Deliver exceptional 5-Star Guest Service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, refraining from gossip.
• Answer guest questions accurately and politely.
• Support team members when needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
